Recently, WRD is inspecting and testing run the 219mm*9.0mm Mill Saw before delivery.

The mill saw shall be considered qualified if fluent production of 4 hours for each specification has been achieved. The pipe product shall meet relevant standards of ASTM standard.

Working principle and characteristics of the equipment

Cut the running steel pipe to a certain length.


When the continuously working rolling mill sends the formed steel pipe to the flying saw, the sawing car is tracked to synchronize with the pipe speed, the clamping block is clamped, and the two sawing systems mounted on the rotary turntable are rotated by the saw blade, and the AC servo motor Driven by radial feed. At this time, the turntable is also rotating. The sawing system performs a composite movement between the turntable and its own feed, and cuts the steel pipe along the cross-sectional shape of the part being cut. Each system then relaxes back to its original position and waits for the next working cycle.



It is characterized by good cut quality, no burrs, high work efficiency and low noise. The operating system is equipped with a touch screen for easy and convenient operation. The shape and size of the product can be arbitrarily set, cutting parameters can be set, and the operating status and alarm status can be monitored.
