New API Pipe Mill went into service in Baolai

Tianjin Baolai Steel Industry Group Co., LTD is a comprehensive company, which focus on welded steel pipes and other steel products. It manufactures API, ASTM, BS, DIN and JIS standards pipes with galvanizing facility. The annual capacity is approximately 1,200,000MT in various specifications and half of the output are for export.

Baolai had appointed WRD to offer one API pipe mills on August, 2019. After four months production and assembly, the API mill — API ERW219 pipe mill was sent to Baolai. The installation and commsioning took in one week.

Now this API pipe mill is running smoothly and putting into production. The output of this new mill line is about 200,000 tons per year.
