Tianjin Lida Steel Pipe Factory was founded in 1993. It mainly produces galvanized steel pipes, spiral steel pipes and high frequency welded pipes with its headquarters is located in Xiqing District, Tianjin. After more than 20 years’ development, the company has 14 sets of longitudinal seam welding mills and can produce all kinds of high frequency longitudinal seam steel pipes with diameter from Ф 21.3 to Ф340, 10 hot-dipped galvanizing lines.

The annual capacity is approximately 2 million tons in various specifications with annual sales revenue exceeding 10 billion RMB. Lida is a well-known steel pipe manufacturer at home and abroad and all the products have passed the ISO 9001:2000 international quality system certification.

Lida is a member of Steel Tube Branch of China Steel Structure Association, China Quality Inspection Association, Tianjin Iron and Steel Association, China Construction Metal Association Water Supply and Drainage Association, China Fire Protection Association and China Urban Gas Association.And it obtained API 5L and API 5CT licensesin 2004.

WRD began to cooperate with Lida since 2005 with high technique and good after sales service. During last 15 years, WRD has supplied 10 completed lines and auxiliary facilities as below shows:

WRD engineers gave professional opinions on plant layout and pipe mill line designs. After validating the solution, WRD opened the fast delivery mode. After the tight manufacturing cycle, we sent experienced project engineers to the factory for installation and commissioning and provided basic skills training for the workers of the owner, thus help the pipe mill lines starting normal production quickly.
