Tianjin Baolai Steel Industry Group Co., LTD is a comprehensive company, which focus on welded steel pipes and other steel products.
Established in 1991, Baolai is among the first few specialized companies that develop and manufacture ordinary and special diameter welded steel pipes. It manufactures ASTM, BS, DIN and JIS standards pipes with galvanizing facility. The annual capacity is approximately 1,200,000MT in various specifications and export 150,000MT to all over the world.
In August, 2019, Baolai had appointed WRD to offer a newly API pipe mills to produce API steel pipes from 114.3mm to 219.1mm. After four months production and assembly, the pipe mill line— API ERW219 pipe mill was sent to Baolai. The installation and commsioning took in one week.
WRD began to supply tube mill solutions since 2005 started with completed steel tube mill lines. During last 15 years, WRD has supplied 15 completed lines and auxiliary facilities as below shows:
